Thank you so much for the work you both put in to this podcast. It is such a gift to the youth and essential for their wellbeing. My review is to offer one piece of advice. Please consider dropping the term “like” from your vocabulary. It is distracting from your powerful and amazing messages. It is a product of your culture and takes away from your message. This will give your podcast an appeal that is even further reaching than our local audience. Love and prayers to you and yours.

I’m so grateful they’re doing this. I feel lucky to know both of them for several years now. They really are as good as they seem!

  • Perfect balance

I’m usually really skeptical when people try to give mental health advice from a spiritual point of view but this podcast finds the perfect balance and is really helpful.

I love both Chad and Brent! They were some of the best teachers I’ve ever had and helped my build the foundation of my testimony. I’ve recently been struggling with PPD/PPA and some of the advice they shared in this first podcast was eye opening for me! can’t wait for more

  • Practical and Inspiring

I was in Brent's cohort at the MFT Program at BYU, he’s a great therapist and a beautiful human being. I love what they are doing with this show. There are a lot of gospel centered podcasts out there and a lot on mental health, It's nice to see one that is overtly applying gospel principles to mental health and also it's very practical, which sometimes isn't the case sadly. Keep doing what you are doing guys. I'm looking forward to what else you have to share.
