I’m always grateful for my weekly therapy session with Chad and Brent! Chad and Brent are both humble, joyful followers of Christ who also happen to be excellent teachers and therapists! I’m so grateful they’re doing this. I feel lucky to know both of them for several years now. They really are as good as they seem!
I’m usually really skeptical when people try to give mental health advice from a spiritual point of view but this podcast finds the perfect balance and is really helpful.
I love both Chad and Brent! They were some of the best teachers I’ve ever had and helped my build the foundation of my testimony. I’ve recently been struggling with PPD/PPA and some of the advice they shared in this first podcast was eye opening for me! can’t wait for more
I was in Brent's cohort at the MFT Program at BYU, he’s a great therapist and a beautiful human being. I love what they are doing with this show. There are a lot of gospel centered podcasts out there and a lot on mental health, It's nice to see one that is overtly applying gospel principles to mental health and also it's very practical, which sometimes isn't the case sadly. Keep doing what you are doing guys. I'm looking forward to what else you have to share.
Beautiful and uplifting words that breathes hope and new perspectives to its listeners. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone struggling with anxiety or the unknown and wants to feel closer to their Savior, Jesus Christ.
