We're back from our break, and it's time to dive into Part 5. It's ... a lot. The Sanderlanche is clearly kicking off as things begin to move out of control very quickly. In addition to the chapters we touch on a few other things including Dac's upco... more
This will be our last episode for a while. December is just going to be too chaotic to get much recording in. So we're taking a 4 week break after this. Jaymee couldn't make it for this one, but we got to the end of Part 4, which is a downer, for rea... more
We develop a few interesting theories here, but for the most part these are some really front-loaded chapters that seem to be setting us up for the finale as we approach the end of Part 4 of the book. So it's tough to get much solid theorizing done. ... more
Joe is out this week, but we've got some interesting chapters. Nothing with the Shadesmar crew, which has Dac and Jaymee a little disappointed, but a lot of Dalinar, which I love. So I guess at least one of us wins. Though the Navani perspective is a... more

I found this podcast shortly after I read the mistborn series and followed along with it ever since! I am just starting stormlight now. It is so fun to listen to all the thoughts and predictions on the chapters as we read through. Just bought my brother the Sanderson starter pack and going to recommend he listen too! Thanks for making a great podcast!
I just recently started listening as I am rereading the Mistborn books and really enjoy this podcast for the most part. I just finished the second book. I love hearing the predictions, especially Jaymee’s. I like hearing the annotations and insight as I follow along. My only complaint at this point is the constant, whining negativity from Joe. If he hates Brandon Sanderson’s style of series writing, why does he want to be on a Cosmere podcast? If he doesn’t like a cliffhanger style series, then ... more
These guys are the best. Very funny. Very insightful. If you love the Cosmere, you should give them a listen.
Great group for the most part, really enjoy your chapter summaries and insights. My only gripe is Joe. I’ve listened to this pompous, egotistical guy bash all 3 Mistborn trilogy books, Elantris, etc over the course of several years… buddy if you don’t like the books then just…maybe stop reading them????
This is probably one of my favorite podcast about the cosmere. I told my brother about it and he doesn’t believe you guys haven’t read these books before because of all the predictions you got right. I am on Mistborn era 2 still, so I probably won’t hear this for a while. Hope you still do the misting thing.
