I really enjoy sailing podcasts in general but most are full time cruisers or racers focusing on long passages. This cute sounding couple has created a lil niche for us sail campers/gunkholers. And love the Ronco pocket fishing pole too! Was my second rod and used it well in to my teenage years!
Enjoying your podcast, just keep the politics out of it. Do that and I’ll continue to listen.
Awesome podcast. You guys do a great job with the podcast and the videos. Hope that all is well and that your adventures are on going!
Thanks for the podcasts. Very informative and I hope more come out soon
Also hope things are well
Ok with some good info here and there.
Thanks for doing your trip reviews! Your show on the Upper Keys and the Exumas was very helpful for my upcoming trip planning for our trailer sailor!
I’ve been listening to just about every podcast I can about sailing and cruising. These guys, so far, have the most honest and practical information to help me decide if the sailing life is for me. I’m getting closer to thinking that it is!!!
Great podcast I enjoyed it and will listen again.
I’m really enjoying this podcast aimed at us weekend sailers who long to may eat to cruise or live aboard someday, or those who want to do it vicariously through others!! Love the favorite boat product reviews and sailing news aw well !! Would love to hear more frequent episodes!!
This pod is approachable for the sailor moving up the sailing ladder and is well produced. The hosts use their experiences and a variety of interesting interviews to put out a truly enjoyable and inspiring podcast.
I listen as I work at restoring my boat. Keeps me motivated. Always entertaining!
I am an avid Sailor & Scuba Instructor. I just love this Podcast. The Sailing Rode is fun, entertaining, educational and well presented. Steve & Brandy do a great job. I am still working on listening to the past recordings. I just started listening a couple of weeks ago. I have cruised and scuba dived in the Exumas many times and really enjoyed hearing about their adventures in episode 5. I particualarly enjoyed the episode talking about Trailer Sailors.

I'm up to number 5 I love them . The sound is great and even. I can see that I'm going to be out them so I hope they keep making them.
I love how they present each episode with such enthusiasm and energy. The best thing is they don't profess to be experts which immediately makes the podcast accessible to mere landlubbers like me. I'm currently in the transition period between armchair and yachting lessons so listening to these podcasts is really motivational. Would love to be on anchor nearby to enjoy a sundowner or two with them in the future. Recommended.
