  • Purse Jerry

I always carry around a little fancy chocolate bar, even moving it from handbag to handbag for outfit changes, just in case. I now call my Purse Jerry. Also, I can’t wait for Ash’s reaction to “human things.” Also…Alcide.

  • Hilarious, Witty, & That Banter!!

I already loved the hosts, and Trueblood, so this really hit the spot! I started rewatching TB, but I couldn’t wait for The Rewatcher episodes, so naturally I’ve been binging, and listen to the episodes the minute they come out.

The accents, the banter, the witty commentary, the hilarious conversation, it’s “on fleak” so say the olds or whatever, it’s Chefs Kiss!

I highly recommend listening - Beware it may elicit cackling at inappropriate times. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Worth it.

  • Essential for Slayerettes

Over the past six seasons I’ve rewatched Buffy and listened to each Rewatcher episode as a companion. Ash and Alaina are hilarious and right on the money with their assessments - long live Mayor Wilkins! - but even in the dour Season 6, Mikey does a lovely job of looking on the bright side: bless you Mikey. Essential listening.

  • Love and light ✌️

I can already see the negativity for Sookie coming in. Look, I’m not the biggest Sookie fan but if yall are already dogging her this much in season 1, I shudder to think what it’s going to be like in a few seasons when she’s actually an unlikable protagonist. I powered through Buffy because I’m oddly loyal but I don’t think I can handle hearing about a sycophantic vampire being flung for six more seasons.
