  • Thought Provoking

Rishad’s podcast on Rethinking Work is outstanding. He is tackling a fundamental issue that impacts everyone who works and spends the better part of their waking day doing so. His first guest Raj Choudhary has researched this subject and argues with clarity, backed by research, that work from anywhere is here and that the smartest have adapted with great results. The podcast is well produced and Rishad is great interviewer. Can’t wait to hear the upcoming episodes.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Work Enabling Learning
Q: But can you talk a little bit about the gap between where jobs are and where jobs will be, and what people are training to be?
The gap has grown, with fewer four-year grads securing immediate professional employment while demand rises for skilled trades; work-based learning offers a structured path from high school into meaningful work, aligning education with employer needs and creating viable career options.
Turbocharge Human Talent
Q: So fire away as to why you want to logger We Are Robots.
The idea is that human replacement sits on a spectrum from humanoids to bots, but marketing still requires humans for creativity and strategy, with robots and AI handling scalable, repetitive tasks and data-driven optimization.
Turbocharge Human Talent
Q: And one more question, which is, before I ask why you joined the firm, is today how big is this ecosystem or network?
The ecosystem is large and continually expanding; we have built a community called Rosies, with tens of thousands of marketers, and we know who is available, where they sit, and what their expertise is, which allows us to staff quickly.
How AI Reshuffles The Knowledge Economy
Q: What guidance do you have for individuals in today's workforce?
Focus on understanding systemic changes and the new frictions that emerge rather than just reskilling.
How AI Reshuffles The Knowledge Economy
Q: What advice would you give to groups of people running companies?
Understand the difference between structural and operational uncertainty and rethink how competition changes with AI.
