  • Excellent Content for Recruitment Agency Owners

I’m not much of a podcast person, but I’m a huge fan of the resilient recruiter. I stumbled across this podcast when I first opened my agency and was looking for guidance. Every episode provides new tidbits that I regularly apply to my company. I usually finish the episodes feeling inspired and excited about what I can accomplish. How the Top 1% of Recruiters Win New Business in 2026 | Mike Williams, Jen Meyer, and Pree Sarkar
Q: If you were starting over today with no client base, what would you do in the next 30 days?

How to Choose the Right Recruitment Tech and Avoid Wasting Money on Tools, with Nitin Sharma
Q: Nitin, how did you pivot from a failing recruitment agency to building Rectools and Rectalk?

Why This Recruiter Stopped Scaling His $4M Firm and What He's Doing Instead
Q: What drove the big pivot from Inventure to Generate?
A slow realization that the industry was shifting toward a more fragmented, entrepreneur-driven model. They wanted to build the infrastructure to empower independent recruiters and create a platform that provides heavy-lifting admin, access to technology, and a supportive community, rather than simply scaling an agency.
