I have been following this Podcast for over a year. Really enjoyed the wide range of guests/ topics while maintaining the focus in sustainable real estate and a way of living. Neal is a calm and thoughtful interviewer who engages his guests in a genuine way. I attended the first in-person Regenative Real Estate “Gathering” (not a “conference”) last summer and really enjoyed it. Look forward to meeting Neal, some guest speakers of the show and fellow listeners at the Gathering again this summer.
I find this podcast so inspiring, I’ve recommended it to everyone at my firm. The guests are varied in their endeavors in the built environment and all share a common thread of building from a place that considers social and environmental regeneration. I always learn something (many things!) new and leave the episode inspired!
Neal is calm & persistent as he asks intelligent questions to leaders in the the regenerative real estate world. He interviews leaders with tangible processes & plans answering nuanced questions about the housing crisis. I learn something new every time I tune in. Thank you!
Listening to this podcast has encouraged me to stay motivated to center “sustainability” at the heart of my business, home, and volunteer work. Hearing from the wide array of experts doing work in their corners of the world reminds me that we’re not alone, and together we’re making a big impact.

Developing a new paradigm, narrative, and having real life people and projects on how we can do human settlements, neighbourhood development and housing is so urgently needed. Neal does such a great job with choosing guests and his questions which create nourishing story telling with practical application and a welcoming in to join the movement. I eagerly await e... more
