Let’s address the feminine spectrum of truth, which includes rage! Personally I learned to sublimate my anger, and then had a can of (rage) worms I eventually had to address, underneath what I called grief and anxiety. Apparently anger is a higher vibration than sadness by the way.. think about that.. the way forward is looking rage in the face beyond social expectations and suppression of what the female is supposed to be.

Really enjoyed the discussion with author Jennifer Cox. This episode is everything I love about The Rage Pod—real talk, real emotion, and just the right amount of fire.
The RAGE pod is the release I didn’t know I needed. It’s funny, real, and so comforting to hear women talk openly about rage. Every episode makes me laugh, nod along, and walk away feeling lighter—like I got the scream out without actually screaming.
The Rage Pod is just two hilarious friends (Tara Erickson and Ebar) venting about all the little things that drive us nuts, and somehow making it comforting. It’s funny, relatable, and feels like hanging out with people who get you.

A standout feature is the mix of personal anecdotes, cultural commentary, and actionable takeaways, delivered with a candid, no-nonsense energy that regularly invites audience participation and confronts social norms around anger.
