We’re not sure we’ve ever seen a dance turn so creepy so fast. Another fantastic episode, deepening the characters of these girls, and making us hope for the best for all of them (because, you know, optimism bias).

So great to get so much of Daisy’s story in this episode. I don’t even want to say too much about it in case someone reads this first and gets spoiled, but this show is really humming along!

If you’re going to add politics to your commentary of a tv show then at least inform yourselves before speaking publicly. Gilead is clearly a metaphor for modern day Islamic republic of Iran. To say that the USA is bombing them for no reason shows that you don’t understand the basics of what you are reviewing. Do better. You are causing harm.
This is a great podcast but ironically, the hosts having read The Testaments book before watching the show actually makes the show worse. The hosts are really attached to the book version and project things onto the show version that just aren’t there. I was so confused when they started talking about how Daisy is *spoiler* when the show seems very clear that she isn’t. I feel similar about the Becka storyline. Other than that, it’s a great podcast
I have just found you on Apple Podcasts as I was looking for an opportunity to dissect each individual episode. I have just binge listened episodes 1 to 5 so I’m ready for Wednesday! I’m from England so it’s great to hear how it ties into the politics in the US and see a range of perspectives. Keep doing what you are doing! But just 1 question (as accents can be tricky for us brits) is it gender trader or gender traitor even in THT I couldn’t decipher the pronunciation!! It’s driving me crazy. P... more
I’ve been listening to you since episode 1 of Handmaid’s Tale. I love your discussion on each episode and it always gives me a lot to think about. In this country at this time, we need to talk about politics! This show is political!
Good but why do we have a man on this podcast who talks so much! It's a show about women! He needs to stay in his lane and stop taking up space.
