The prehab guys are amazing! They have so much useful information and talk about more holistic views on human performance and injury. I always learn so much and able to take that information into my practice. As an Athletic Therapist it keeps me engaged in new research and finding other solutions to pain & injury rather than using the tradition training techniques everyone uses.
The hall of fame pitcher you mentioned is Bob Feller, not Bob Feeler.
They have a lot of head knowledge, not a lot of clinical or world experiences. On numerous occasions, I have observed them quoting research, but not verbalizing clinical reality. They need a seasoned therapist to round out their knowledge.
