My whole outlook and thought process about labour changed through the book and podcast, it gave me the confidence and empowerment I needed going into my second birth. I’m 39 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and these podcasts are so informative and empowering. I’m not one to listen to podcasts usually but I can’t stop!
