I’m 39 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and these podcasts are so informative and empowering. I’m not one to listen to podcasts usually but I can’t stop! Her voice is also so soothing that I listen to them before bed and they make me feel so calm - which is the headspace I need to be in ready for the labour of my first baby. I love the podcast... more

  • Amazing pregnancy podcast

An amazing podcast and Instagram page. You give advice that is based on actual evidence, relatable and easy to understand. I trust what you put out there not only because you are a trained midwife but you have experienced pregnancy and don’t make women feel judged especially around exercise xx

  • Parent holiday camaraderie

I really enjoy your podcast, especially the travel episode. I needed to hear so much of that. I love that parent holiday camaraderie resonated the whole way through. It gave me a big sigh of relief in the lead up to our holiday with a near 2 year old, so thank you x
