  • Perfect support guide and advice!!

I started listening to Midwife Pips podcast during my second trimester, alongside this I also purchased the midwife Pip Guide to a positive birth. My whole outlook and thought process about labour changed through the book and podcast, it gave me the confidence and empowerment I needed going into my second birth. The advice and guidance was incredible and I don’t think I could have had such an amazing experience giving birth without the podcasts and book! My little one is 2 weeks old now and when... more

  • I love midwife pip!

I follow midwife pip on Instagram (recommended from my midwife) but only just discovered her podcasts 2 days ago and have listened to at least 8 episodes already. I’m 39 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and these podcasts are so informative and empowering. I’m not one to listen to podcasts usually but I can’t stop! Her voice is also so soothing that I listen to them before bed and they make me feel so calm - which is the headspace I need to be in ready for the labour of my first baby. I love the podcast... more

  • Amazing pregnancy podcast

An amazing podcast and Instagram page. You give advice that is based on actual evidence, relatable and easy to understand. I trust what you put out there not only because you are a trained midwife but you have experienced pregnancy and don’t make women feel judged especially around exercise xx
