Great podcast for pole dancers! I've taken a class with Mændy in the past, and she's amazing! The episode with Ginni was so great. She is a teacher at my home pole studio, Love Pole, and is such an inspiration. This podcast has great information for baby polers and more advanced dancers. 👍🏻
