I’m the oddball Poe fan who doesn’t believe the stories of his death told by a man who hated him (his official obituary). I also don’t swallow a lot of the modern takes on his love life. I’m aware of the importance of his siblings (especially Leonard, whose name sounds a lot like Lenore) in his life and work.
