I’m so grateful I found this app. I’ve been using it for almost one year now and I truly don’t know how I got through meal prep and planning without it! And having this podcast as an additional resource is so helpful so I can maximize how I use the app and how I plan for my weekly meals and meal prep for my family of 4. The best time saver ever!
Goes beyond meal planning to health and habits and interview diverse people. Love it!!!
I agree with reviewer MBrown - this is a well-produced podcast (and thankfully no ads cluttering each episode—if you don’t count the entire episode as one giant ad, which is fine). However, I usually only listen to episodes that will help me use the PTE App: How other users are using PTE, meal plan ideas, tips, tricks, instructions, etc. If all the episodes were such—even if they were not posted regularly—I would subscribe.
The Plan to Eat software literally changed my life when I started using it 8 years ago, and as a plant-based registered dietitian, I always recommend it to my clients! This podcast does a great job of bringing the fun of meal planning to an audio format and I always learn something interesting from the guests!
I really enjoy the Plan to Eat podcast! Lots of practical ideas and interesting subjects, plus an understanding of how real life works. I am a Plan to Eat subscriber but I think this podcast is for everyone who wants to try meal planning.
