  • Arrogance

I never listen to Bible teachers who described themselves as best – selling authors and world, renowned scholars, and supernatural preachers. This kind of arrogance has no place in the gospel. The apostle Paul never would have referred to himself and such Americanized terms. Jesus spent his entire ministry denouncing people like this world – famous best – selling author Tripp.

1068. How Do I Teach My Kids About Sex And Social Media? | Ask Paul Tripp
Q: What should parents do when a child becomes isolated or pulls away from family?
Assess the child's age and launch stage, preserve relational warmth, and shift from control to supportive mentoring, recognizing that older children may naturally require more independence while younger children need close parental guidance.
1068. How Do I Teach My Kids About Sex And Social Media? | Ask Paul Tripp
Q: How should parents approach talking about sex and sexuality with their children?
Begin from a positive, biblical view of sexuality, explain boundaries and consequences, and help kids see sexuality as a sacred gift rather than a threat, using practical examples and ongoing dialogue rather than one-off talks.
1068. How Do I Teach My Kids About Sex And Social Media? | Ask Paul Tripp
Q: How should parents talk to kids about social media?
Lead with heart-based conversations that connect God's design for relationship and self-worth to how teens engage with media, emphasize the dangers without inducing fear, and embed discussions within a broader gospel framework that teaches boundaries and love for neighbor.
1090. Is God Love If Disability and Hell Exist? | Ask Paul Tripp
Q: The second question is very brief. Why does a loving God send people to hell?
The host frames hell within the biblical context of divine sovereignty and the centrality of God, arguing that hell is not about God's arbitrary cruelty but about the natural consequence of humanity's rebellion against the rightful ruler of all things; he underscores God's justice, while expressing sorrow over the possibility of anyone enduring hell and highlighting mercy through Christ.
1090. Is God Love If Disability and Hell Exist? | Ask Paul Tripp
Q: Here's the first question. If a loving and sovereign God forms a baby in the womb, why does he allow disability?
The host acknowledges the depth of the question, notes the mystery of suffering, and points to God's overarching purposes for good and glory, saying that God is near, provides enabling grace, and invites reliance on him rather than turning judgment on him; the answer emphasizes God's sovereignty and benevolence even when human understanding falls short.
