Did you know that the show is available to watch on Max?! And that we absolutely MUST?! (Shhh…also daily on TBS and Nick…) And did you know that Jessica wrote a book about the show?! Also, everything is *iconic.*
For real, though, her book was legit—good work and I applaud her. The pod, though, needs a little more. Maybe some cast members? The men she’s had on — and, yes, they’ve almost all been male writers, producers, and directors — have been perfectly fine (can’t fault them at all), but the... more
this podcast is good! i think the premise is great and ive loved most of the guests, especially mark cendrowski. but jessica drives me nuts. first of all, she’s wrong a lot of the time when sharing facts. and second, stop kissing their butt and complimenting them so much!! it makes it so awkward and uncomfortable. i wish there was a different host, but other than that, i like it and i do enjoy the trivia at the end.
I’m enjoying the podcast. It’s informative and has a number of people who were involved as guests. What I don’t like is the absolute constant plugging of watching the show on Max. It’s incredibly excessive and just really annoys me. She’s also a bit of a brown noser which is kind of annoying as well.
Great podcast. Loved the show and enjoying the podcast. Any chance you could talk to the BareNaked Ladies about how they wrote the theme song? How they were asked, their process, etc.
I LOVE TBBT. I love this podcast but for the love of god, please reduce the amount of times you say you can watch it on Max. I’ve not finished the episode I’m listening to and I counted that you can watch it on Max at least 6 times. I get that you probably have to say it but it’s excessive! Otherwise everything else about it is amazing!
