This is one of my #1 podcast to listen to! I look forward to giving it a listen every time a new episode comes out! Thank you for all your work Charlotte!
Perfect listening for when you’re nap trapped or trying not to fall asleep at 3am. Engaging but soothing voice. Entertaining, educational and helps me not feel so isolated as a first time Mum figuring things out.
Love love love this podcast! Brings so much comfort and stops me from doom scrolling on social media (or impulse buying on Amazon!) while nursing my little one in the night and even during the day. I find myself nodding in agreement during every episode. My little one is now 8 months old and I still listen all the time!
Recommended by an NCT pal, and this just a lovely podcast, so enjoyable to listen to between 1-3am!
This is such a lovely and real podcast. The night feed can be really tough and really lonely but listening to this has really helped keep me calm and positive, realising I am not alone! Always ending with a lovely quote (that generally makes me cry!). Would 100% recommend

The show centers on new motherhood, speaking candidly about night feeds, sleep challenges, postpartum mental health, and the everyday realities of raising babies. Across episodes, practical tips blend with personal stories, listener emails, and humor to normalize tough moments—from sleep deprivation and anxiety to social pressures and self-care. A common thread is community: mothers connecting, sharing experiences, and seeking reassurance that they're not alone, with episodes often ending on reflective notes or quotes. A distinguishing trait is the host's warm, nonjudgmental approach, plus guest-like voices from fellow mothers and real-world tips that feel actionable for listeners juggling early parenthood and personal identity shifts.
