  • Perfect listening for first time parents

Perfect listening for when you’re nap trapped or trying not to fall asleep at 3am. Engaging but soothing voice. Entertaining, educational and helps me not feel so isolated as a first time Mum figuring things out.

  • So helpful for the early postpartum days and beyond!

Love love love this podcast! Brings so much comfort and stops me from doom scrolling on social media (or impulse buying on Amazon!) while nursing my little one in the night and even during the day. I find myself nodding in agreement during every episode. My little one is now 8 months old and I still listen all the time!

  • So pleased to have found!

This is such a lovely and real podcast. The night feed can be really tough and really lonely but listening to this has really helped keep me calm and positive, realising I am not alone! Always ending with a lovely quote (that generally makes me cry!). Would 100% recommend
