The opportunity to make these episodes amazing is there but usually the interview leaves me wanting. If advice could be given - make the interviews a conversation. There are moments of just asking questions like marking them off on a checklist... so your footwork before on who you are speaking with. Know them - their interests their history etc. be more engaging with the interview and not so soft spoken. Make it a conversation with a friend.
