There’s a problem with True Crime. Creators idolize perpetrators, shame victims, or are completely checked out on cases while they focus on other things. However, we can’t forget there are victims who lost their lives and families who are still grieving to this day. Furthermore, many True Crime outlets spend their time focusing on themselves or rambling, instead of getting right to the facts of th... more

In your episode about the au pair from Boston you asked for more East coast ideas. Please do the case of Diane drake from Newport RI. It’s so tragic and definitely doesn’t get the attention it really deserves. It’s a small area where murder rarely occurs, especially this type. The family doesn’t want this poor girl to be forgotten (no I don’t know them but that’s what they’ve often said) Such a small town vibe that someone has to know something. Please consider it.
Hey guys. Love your content, finally decided to start adding you on other platforms for support. Loyal fan- love the caring respect you give to the victims where society lacks the effort.
This podcast reports that it cuts out the rambling and self promotion to focus on the subject matter. After choosing an episode randomly, I am now 6:00 minutes in and have gotten nothing but rambling and boring banter. I’m sure it’s a fine podcast, but don’t advertise yourself as no nonsense when you’re anything but.
Very distracting noises takes away from a great podcast
I really like how you do a lot of the stories that no one ever hears about. So many podcasts do the same stories as eachother over and over where a lot is already known. Your show is the only one where 90% of the time the story is new to me (and I listen to a LOT if podcasts). You can tell that you guys go the extra mile to get local information and opinions. I am way up in Alaska plan on binge watching all of your old episodes this winter
