    to the monstrous behavior. Who could present these cases in a flat voice? As titled, these stories are about despicable people doing despicable things, with family cases predominant. There are themes for seasons.

    Circle towns in settlement-era GA were so designed around a courthouse, a symbolic center that allowed equal distance access to services, etc. Maybe not as dumb as it sounds.
