Jack reminds me of my own ADHD brain.
He's a good storyteller...however he sometimes uses prejudicial words that are no longer used in current times...and rightly so.
It's different if he was quoting someone, but that's not always the case and it can make a lot of people uncomfortable.
Speaking of which, I really don't like the body shaming he does....
Still a 4 out of 5 podcast.

This guy (hey Jack!) is a bloody genius. I listen in my little town here in Yorkshire, UK (new listener but I always go all in when I find a new podcast that catches me, then get sad when I run out of episodes).
Your intros are genuinely inspiring, so thought provoking and said in layman’s terms so are always relatable. I will re listen to said intros when one hits particularly hard.
