  • Vered’s work is likely to change your life

I work with a couple dozen CEOs. The work that Vered does with mindset and the brain-body connection is probably the single most helpful thing to help them deal with the ultra-complex and almost overwhelming decisions they face including their lives outside of work. Many talk about this stuff these days, but Vered makes it so actionable!

The Mindset Game podcast is worth every minute of your time! Vered and her guests always give clear actionable steps. • I’ve only just begun…but can’t stop!

I was referred to the podcast and started at the beginning (of course!) even though some of the episode titles grabbed my interest while scrolling through. So far, Vered’s episodes have been short enough to fit conveniently into my day, rich enough to keep me tuned in, and practical enough to help me actually make use of what she shares. If you’re looking for short sound bites that give you an insight and a practical take away, I recommend a listen!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

253 The Human Side of AI Adoption: Interview with Tim Creasey
Q: What mindset should leaders foster to ensure successful AI adoption?
Leaders must articulate a bold yet balanced vision, push hands-on engagement (get fingers on keyboards), and develop trust across vectors—between executives and staff, between data and outcomes, and within the AI system itself—while ensuring the work remains human-centered and oriented toward real outcomes.
253 The Human Side of AI Adoption: Interview with Tim Creasey
Q: Talk to us a little bit about how AI transformation is different from other change efforts.
AI transformation is fundamentally different because it requires people to integrate new capabilities into their most common and mundane tasks, not just adopt a new tool. Success hinges on aligning work around the capabilities of AI and building the conditions for human–AI collaboration, with leadership setting a bold vision and clear value outcomes.
251 Leveraging Awkward Moments for Success and Connection: Interview with Henna Pryor
Q: How do we overcome the fear of what people think?
Recognize that the spotlight effect makes us believe people are judging us more than they really are; what feels intense to us may go unnoticed by others.
251 Leveraging Awkward Moments for Success and Connection: Interview with Henna Pryor
Q: How does this relate to influence?
To be influential, we must be seen, and embracing awkwardness helps build trust and authenticity in our communication.
251 Leveraging Awkward Moments for Success and Connection: Interview with Henna Pryor
Q: What advice do you have for people struggling with awkward moments?
Examine your past stories, focus on improving your comeback rate, name the awkward moments, and develop talk tracks to handle them better.
