  • Mike is great!

Love listening to the podcast. Way better than the constant radio ads. Mike is not afraid to ask tougher questions. Regular contributors are fairly left leaning.

  • Too many Socialists!!!

This would be such a good show, however, Mike or Corus, insist on only socialist guests/segments! Bill Beat, total ndp commie! Keith Baldly, proven ndp supporter, that guest host lady, is pure woke commie! I could go on. At least bring balance Mike! Less socialists!!!

Should BC's wildfires constitute calling a state of emergency?
Q: Should we declare a provincial state of emergency to deal with the wildfires, and what would it accomplish?
Opinions vary: some argue it could unlock additional resources and funding, improve coordination, and signal seriousness to federal partners, while officials maintain they are currently well resourced and that a state of emergency may not be necessary at this time.

Q: What caused the tiny condo trend to become so problematic?
Ron Butler explains that units were designed with poor layouts, very small square footage, and a market driven by speculation rather than long-term residency, which led to high vacancy and unappealing living conditions.
