After 30 years of my life being ruined by migraine my misery has ended. Nothing else has worked for me. As long as I stay on the program I don’t get migraines any more. I was so desperate I wanted to die so I was willing to try this lifestyle and diet. It wasn’t immediate because I kept cheating but once I put it together that cheating equals migraine pain I have been free. Forever grateful.

Fortunately, I’m don’t have migraines. But I do have a brain that I’d like to keep healthy into old age. As an older man, I’m getting closer to the age when we start to notice dementia, maybe there’s still time to limit or even reverse the damage done by living a high-carb, grain-centric diet that we were advised to follow for several decades.
