This is a terrific podcast. Adrian Tennant is the perfect interviewer. He asks thoughtful questions and then allows his guests to answer them. Too many podcast hosts seem to think that the podcast is about themselves. The want to have the final (Magic) Word. Adrian in confident enough to allow his guests do the talking.
