I have been following the podcast for a long time. Julie is so compassionate and honest. This podcast helps you so you don’t feel alone, wherever you are in your journey. This podcast was instrumental in me forming a self compassionate relationship with food and eating and my body and self esteem in general
So enlightening and helpful-great news!!! Thank you!!!

Why am I getting snake oil vibes from one of the most knowledgable PCOS experts out there? Give the listeners real information without asking for their money.
