What an amazing podcast! I have dealt with food issues for years and this nails it every time!

Those 9 minutes reached me in my core & converted my belief. Such relief! The 2nd episode was on fear of getting diabetes. Once again, it was EXACTLY what I needed to hear in that moment. My RD sent me to this podcast & I’m so grateful she did. Thank you Julia!!
