  • Too slow

Nothing against the subject matter but this a very drawn out podcast. An hourlong subject will be fronted by twenty minutes or more of really slow, dry, ephemera. My suggestion for the presenters is to work on speeding up the banter or at least making it more personal, and not front loading all the administrative stuff like sponsors.

  • Focus on the topic!

The episodes I've listened to cover very little about WH in comparison to long, drawn out conversations about nothing related to the hobby.

  • I’m out

Been listening to the pod since it started but I’m calling it a day. Wyatt has become a hard hang to listen too. Between the would you rather and him not choosing to listen to peoples opinions and overall stubbornness on his own opinions when the facts he uses are incorrect has become grinding. Best of luck to the guys with the show going forward. It’s been a wild ride

The 2-Inch Revolution, 11th Edition Fixed the Fight Phase: Ep. 509
Q: Alex, how do you feel about the changes to the charge phase in 11th edition?
The changes bring more flexibility and strategic depth, allowing you to string together multiple charges and adapt to how you position units, which should empower melee armies and reduce some of the earlier edition's rigidity.
New Year, New War: The Long War Crew Reconnects- Ep. 496
Q: Any new hobby products tried recently?
Yep, the new Army Painter washes are disappointing because they strip paint off models even when sealed with varnish.
40k ITC Hobby Champion, Painting Interview - Ep. 494
Q: What advice do you have for new players going to tournaments?
Don't be intimidated. Most people are also there to have a good time, and you can make friends quickly in the community.
40k ITC Hobby Champion, Painting Interview - Ep. 494
Q: What's your favorite and fastest painting method?
Using an airbrush is the fastest method. You can achieve great results quickly by starting with a darker base and layering with airbrush techniques.
The Last Long War of 2025: Favorite Miniatures to Paint- Ep. 495
Q: Is there a perfect balance between painting speed and artistic expression in army projects?
Yes, it depends on your commitment level; some might paint slowly for personal enjoyment, while others need to paint quickly for competitive play.
