  • Deep Discussions About Relevant Reading Research

I remember when the Literacy View began as a guilty pleasure of watching three educators banter—and bicker—over reading instruction. The pleasure over the banter remains, but the addition of knowledgeable guests discussing topical issues and research removes the guilt and makes for must listening.

  • A Must Listen for NYC Educators

Faith and Judy are the real deal, and they have the most incredible guests. I have not heard a single episode (and I’ve listened to many!) that I didn’t find interesting, valuable, and based in evidence AND reality. If you work in or with NYC schools, this is a must listen podcast!!!

  • Powerhouse Podcast!

The Literacy View is a powerhouse podcast! It is simply and always an honest conversation that respects everyone in this business of helping kids become readers. It’s a safe place to have a conversation when there are different views involved. This makes this a unique space to listen, learn and grow. I can only dream that every education facility would follow the same philosophy. It would make educating children easier and much more productive.
