I have just listed to Lisa-Anne and at the end I cried. Probably not what she wants to hear, but at the end I realised I don’t want to be super thin, I just want to be happy and comfortable around food and with my weight. I also want to drop the guilt!!
I will 100% be listening to this podcast to endeavour to learn more.
