  • Great, reasonable advice for real life

    I love this podcast! So reality-based rather than telling you that you can get fit if you would “just” eat 1,200 calories a day and work out 90 minutes six days a week. I love the idea of the “bare minimums” when life is tough; really gets you out of the all-or-nothing mindset. They’re very consistent with reinforcing “consistency” (no pun intended) too. Like doing 70% all of the time works better than doing 100% only 10% of the time. Anyway, lots of good things here!

    I’m not a mom, but am certainly over 40, and the information about losing weight in perimenopause was very helpful. I find Daniel to be realistic, and his tips and advice are reasonable and easy to follow.
