I am endlessly grateful for James and Ryan for sharing their EFT expertise on this podcast- I am a better therapist for it! Topics are relevant and I love their use of examples from their own clinical experience, images, questions that invite self-reflection, and tactical strategies that therapists can use in their sessions right away.
