  • Always amazing and informative

I have gone to trainings with both Ryan and James. They are master teachers who break information down clearly and accessibly. My EFT journey has been forever shaped by their work. If you are new or old to EFT, you will find their material immediately useful to your own clinical work with couples.

I can’t thank you both enough for the knowledge you share and how warmly you share it. I learn every time I listed, but I also feel so appreciated by you both. Thank you for not only what you teach, but how you teach!!

It was super explicit to hear how to facilitate a move 4 caregiving response rather than fight the block after giving it too much space. This is new for me to hea... more

  • If you want to grow in EFT, listen to these guys!!!

I was lucky enough to do Core Skills with Drs James Hawkins and Ryan Rana and that’s when I first heard about this podcast. Since that time I have listened to every one of their LE episodes and I can’t say enough great things about this podcast! I hold their voices with me to help me stay focused (and remember content is a TRAP!) in sessions and the things I’ve learned from them through this podcast have exponentially grown my understanding of EFT. If you are a baby therapist just starting out, ... more
