This is a podcast that’s relevant for the times and seasons no matter if you’re leading the masses or just leading your children, all walks of life can glean from this prophetic voice that’s speaking. Now be prepared to say “ouch,” “now ma’am!!” “Guuurrrrlllll,” and “nah man!!” And allow the work to be done afterwards. I encourage all to listen!
This podcast is powerful, comforting, convicting, and motivational. Tasha is so anointed and helps to navigate the growth we experience in different seasons by putting the emotions we feel going through it in perspective. Highly Recommended! 👏🏻🤩

This podcast is exactly what I needed! Most of these topics are not talked about enough in the business world. This helped me open my mind to how I lead and how to heal from within. Highly recommend!
This podcast is a masterclass in modern leadership. With each episode Tasha O delivers a powerful blend of wisdom, warmth, and real world insights that make it impossible to press pause. You get her deep experience in leadership paired with obvious commitment to leading with humanity and clarity.

“You’re not breaking down, you’re breaking open”-This statement resonates with me. We are continually reminded that growth doesn’t always feel graceful. Transformation is rarely neat. But each challenge is a sculptor’s chisel, shaping a truer version of us. You are not losing yourself in the process — you are uncovering the self you were always meant to be. This is truly a masterpiece from Tasha O-She delivered. Truly Didactic!
This episode challenged me to not just perform, but to thrive and excel. It’s not enough just to show up, or look to someone else to do it…true leadership requires leading from behind. Great reminders!!
This episode spoke to many different areas of my life. Especially to weakened areas such as k confidence and following through with my YES! This is definitely a Podcast to set the foundation of a successful movement! I enjoyed listening! 🫶🏾✨🙌🏾💜
