Each week, there is an A-side public episode and a B-side, patreon only, private episode. You can subscribe to our pa... more

“… now I’m even more critical from a virologist point of view—not that I’m a virologist, but as if I were.” (Episode:Possession, Feb 2022) Nina, I listen to this show for the psychoanalysis and theory, not rubbish about so-called ‘immunity debt’. more

  • Really engaging conversations from a progressive perspective that it quite critical of mainstream liberalism. Makes some more obscure continentual theory, particularly Lacanian psychoanalysis, feel relevant and interesting.

  • I’M THE NORMAL ONE!!!!

I like the idea of this podcast - taking a common piece of art, entertainment or idea and then using that as a jumping off point for a political and philosophical discussion. • Annoyingly unprofessional

They forget to stop recording so you have to listen to them using swear words while they figure out how to press the record button. You also hear a lot of background noise that sounds like someone constantly hitting against the desk, and overall the recording quality is fairly poor.
