  • Local man yells at clouds

I found Randy’s podcast while searching for content about SB 79. I was hoping — especially since it has KABC branding — to find a reasoned overview of SB 79 and what the pros and cons of the legislation would be. What I found instead was a snobby and privileged local home owner who doesn’t understand why people would live in apartments, is afraid of tall buildings, and laments that California doesn’t build starter homes in big cities anymore.

People are stealing your identity to work for UBER?
Q: What makes Parkinson's disease rise significant, and what causes is involved?
Parkinson's is the fastest-growing neurological condition worldwide, with environmental toxins and pesticides like Paraquat, as well as air pollution, identified as major contributors; genetics play a smaller role.
People are stealing your identity to work for UBER?
Q: What is chronic disease?
Chronic diseases are long-term conditions like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and autoimmune diseases; they are largely preventable and require ongoing management and lifestyle considerations.
Neighborhoods are buying their own License Plate Cameras
Q: What needs to be done to address the flock cameras and the crime spike in the Valley?
We need a coordinated plan that involves both city and county leadership, faster and more effective action from law enforcement, and practical steps to support communities that are funding surveillance themselves because public safety institutions are stretched too thin.
Neighborhoods are buying their own License Plate Cameras
Q: Tell us about you and why you're running for LA County Supervisor District 3?
I'm not a politician; I entered this race due to perceived negligence and the need for accountability, particularly highlighted by the Palisades fire and the district's disaster planning failures. I want to be the mayor of my district and push for faster, more practical solutions.
The City of LA Wants you to pay more to fix the streetlights
Q: All right. Assad, make your pitch to the voters. Why should they elect you as the next mayor of Los Angeles?
I'm a civil structural engineer with 37 years of experience in budget management and public works leadership; I bring practical, proven solutions that address waste, empower the city attorney and district attorney to tackle crime, and fix the city's budget from day one.
