  • Totally bogus, waste of time podcast

Truly anyone can do a podcast these days I guess… this is one of the dumbest fitness podcasts I’ve heard, and I wish I could have that hour of my life back. No real scientific rationale behind anything, and just boring, uneducated commentary overall. Snoozefest

  • Great podcast

I have recently stumbled upon Jeremy’s podcast. I haven’t stopped listening to him yet. My favorite episode so far, is the latest Pierce Showe! I listen while running, during my lunch breaks, and most recently while relaxing on the beach! Thank you for the great quality and keep putting it out!
