  • Less Sports and More Commercials

Old format was better. I was definitely telling people about this show for years. This new format with On3 is a 23 minute episode that is 8 minutes of commercials so it’s like 15 minutes of sports. I get it’s not college football season, but this isn’t even the dead season for sports yet. Hope they can find some footing. I will gladly come back and give it five stars if the show improves.

  • More sports please

Really like you guys, but unfortunately I’ve stopped listening the last year or so because it’s only college sports. Wish you talked more about the NFL and NBA, even MLB..

  • Solid Sports Show

It’s a great sports show overall and they are now purely college football which is fine. I liked when they covered the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, and other sports when they were part of DW. Still a great show and I will continue to listen to them

  • Miss The Old Show

College football is the GOAT, no question. But I really miss the content about the NFL, MLB, College Basketball, the Masters, etc. they clearly pivoted to be only college football, and it’s a bummer

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

"24-Team Playoff Is HAPPENING" | Paul Finebaum on CFP Expansion, Lane Kiffin, and Alabama
Q: What is your take on how the AFCA view affects playoff expansion?
The AFCA's stance is overreaching and seems out of step with what actually determines postseason quality; ultimately, the decision should hinge on the Big Ten and SEC dynamics and the sport's revenue realities rather than one organization's opinion.
Miami Hurricanes SPRING GAME REACTION | With Locked On Canes
Q: From what you saw in spring practice, is this Miami team in a better spot to win a national title than last year at this time?
Yes, probably, due to more talent at the skill positions and a higher ceiling for the quarterback, with Mensah potentially offering a bigger upside and a defense that should remain strong, provided the offensive line chemistry comes together.
“This Notre Dame Team is LOADED” | Spring Practice INTEL With Blue & Gold’s Mike Singer
Q: What is the outlook for the offensive line and the defense this year?
The offensive line is expected to be one of the best in years, with multiple NFL prospects; defensively, the line and backfield veterans plus newcomers are anticipated to provide strong pass rush and depth.
“This Notre Dame Team is LOADED” | Spring Practice INTEL With Blue & Gold’s Mike Singer
Q: What is the one thing Notre Dame needs to do in 2026 to be better than last year?
The panel suggests starting fast out of the gate, leveraging a favorable opening schedule and improved weapons around CJ Carr to maximize early success and push the team toward a higher ceiling.
Auburn Football Spring Practice INTEL | Latest Update from Locked On Auburn's Zac Blackerby
Q: What should Auburn fans be excited about right now in spring practice?
Zac explains the overall upgrade in accountability, energy, and scheme; he highlights Byrum Brown as a dynamic hidden gem, transfer-heavy lineups, and the defense needing to replace splash players, all pointing to a potentially more competitive, aggressive team than in recent years.
