Manic Pixie Dream Girl is considered by some to be a misogynistic trope where she’s an accessory to the main male character. I just wanted to clearly state that. I don’t know if Andrea was ever a Manic Pixie Dream Girl in her twenties, but she sure is who a MPDG evolved into In her thirties. Self-aware and wiser but still has the edge.
