  • Not what I was looking for

This podcast appears to be a compilation of life experiences of different farriers, which in of itself is fine, but was not what i was looking for. I was exited for episode 2 hoping it would go into details about the hoof and hoof care instead was details on how he wrote the book not about the stuff inside it. Good for what it is and I’ll maybe enjoy it once I become a farrier but for starting out it’s not what I need.

Listeners Say

Key themes from listener reviews, highlighting what works and what could be improved about the show.

Sponsorships or guests with strong teaching content are likely to resonate, while those seeking highly technical, step-by-step hoof-care protocols may want more specialized episodes.
A few listeners may value practical, field-based learning but some feel episodes focus more on authorship and background than deep hoof-care techniques.
The show tends to blend education with personal stories from practitioners, which can be inspiring but occasionally shifts away from hands-on demonstrations.
