  • Amazing podcast

Andy has great people on his podcast and the conversations are so interesting. I’m new to hiking and want to try a short thru hike. Hearing the stories of what others have overcome to do theirs is so encouraging. Andy and his guest have been so vulnerable about mental health, self love, body acceptance, fears, goals, life………really reminds me I’m not alone or wrong feeling things I feel.
