Wish they were longer, but they are short and sweet. I’m so glad Shannon’s book Redefining Rich is available as an audiobook!
It may be my sentimental memories from growing up in rural upstate New York here that makes these podcasts so special. Truly it is Shannon’s voice as just the right amount of soothing mixed with sage advice found in her tales of a more simple life on the farm, that makes this podcast so enjoyable. The poignancy with which she speaks about loss and pays homage to the people and things that teach her these life lessons is uplifting and inspiring. more
I’ve been reading Shannon Hayes’s blog for years. I had no idea I would enjoy her podcast as much as I do.! Her weekly essays come to life with her sonorous voice and lovely music. Great work, Sap Bush team! For those unfamiliar with Shannon’s work, her essays make us all think about the world a little differently — a little better. Tune in to see what I mean. :)
