  • Saved my life at 18

I have been listening to this for almost a year— I just turned 18 and this saved my life. His voice is calm like listening to rain sounds but it’s substituted with meaningful advice. It feels natural not scripted or researched just someone giving advice from his life experiences. That’s everything and this podcast is everything. I never write reviews if something is good but: if this podcast heals a part of me, people deserve the same healing.
