40 minutes into my first episode and barely anything gym related mentioned 😡
I listened for the first time and heard “uhm” hundreds of times. I didn’t even finish it, I’m sure there are more uhm sound. I’m having a hard time concentrating on the topic. 😣😣
Justin is annoying as hell.
I have listened to most there podcast and look forward to driving just to listen to them.
Barely got through the episode on intermittent fasting. The majority of the information given was outdated. A lot of great information and studies available that weren’t discussed, very generic. I was unfortunately disappointed with most of the episode.
Listen in the gym all the time.
Your podcast is upbeat and entertaining. Your tandem works.
Ryan, Justin and their guests provide some incredibly compelling content that’s geared to help you take actionable steps to live a healthier, more well-rounded life.

I really wanted to love these podcasts, but the more I listened, the more frustrated I became. I like to binge listen to podcasts because I'm on the road on my own a lot, but the really annoying theme song starts to drive you up the wall. Ryan is a qualified PT and is very informative. The other guy Justin appears to be a guitar teacher, delivers misinformed information, whom refers to MMA a lot and introduces himself as "Chef Sonic" (not sure what it's got to do with fitness or where this comes... more
I started listening to this podcast tonight, beginning with the episode "How Much Protein". I'm vegan, so I figured this was the perfect place to start because I want to take fitness advice from people who are above making fun of people who choose to eat a plant-based diet. I was impressed with the woman on the show and her knowledge of plant proteins and was really thinking, "Wow, good show. I could get into this.". Then the inevitable happened. This guy says something about gummy bears not bei... more
Love this podcast. Granted I'm new to the podcast world and am just beginning to explore, Ryan & Justin (and now Toni!) are my favorites so far. :) They incorporate humor, they are very down to earth and it's clear that they genuinely care about helping others (why else do a podcast?!) I've officially listened to every episode and love how entertaining and informative these two are. I think they really make a great team and really balance each other out in terms of what they agree and disagree o... more
