I listened for the first time and heard “uhm” hundreds of times. I didn’t even finish it, I’m sure there are more uhm sound. I’m having a hard time concentrating on the topic. 😣😣

Barely got through the episode on intermittent fasting. The majority of the information given was outdated. A lot of great information and studies available that weren’t discussed, very generic. I was unfortunately disappointed with most of the episode.
