Nursing needs more people like you who are out there speaking on behalf of the profession; saying the things that others are shying away from exposing such as the truth about nursing wages (which cap at the 8 yr mark), the truth about the “retention bonus” which wasn’t $5000 as the Gov is claiming it to be.
