  • Love the podcast, suggestion about episode titles

This podcast seems awesome and like it has a lot of useful, insightful things. I wish you would put more about the topics of the episode in the title of each episode rather than just have it as a random name that I may or may not know. I’ve had to go through and read every description in order to figure out if it’s content I want to focus on with my podcast time on that day or not. Just thought that might be more helpful!

  • My favorite podcast!!!!

As a salon manager, this podcast has been more helpful than any other “mentorship” podcast. It’s relieving to hear everyone relate to the feeling of not knowing what the heck we are doing and figuring it out as time goes on!! I’ve gotten so many great ideas from listening to all these salon owners. The relatability in each episode is amazing. haha. Gina- if you’d ever like to do a manager and owner episode I think it’d be so fun to talk about those roles and what we each do at my salon !!! xoxo ... more

  • It’s nice to feel like I am not alone

I have recently discovered this podcast and have truly enjoyed listening like I am amongst friends and people who understand my journey. I recently celebrated 16 years of salon ownership and I wish I could say it was getting easier but every year seems to bring new challenges to overcome, places to pivot and new innovations to implement. I work harder than I ever have and I don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel. Will I keep doing this forever? Can I ever stop?? Is it all worth it?? Looking... more

  • So Grateful!

I’m very grateful for the timely finding the salon ownership podcasts. Thank you so much Gina, what a blessing this is. I’ve learned so much and gained inspiration and ideas from every episode. Also, it’s very validating. I feel a part of a community with this. I am a co owner of Bloom Hair Design, Inc. in Canton, Ga. My sister is my business partner and we’ve been in business for 13+ years and continue to learn and grow. Thank you again for doing this.
