I have been listening to Jacob for years and am looking forward to the release of his upcoming book in 2026. He always has top shelf guests on his long form podcast and his short form (20-25 minutes) daily update is a trove of insights applicable to every worker and industry. Check them out!
Jacob’s podcast is a goldmine for anyone serious about leadership, growth, and long-term impact.
The blueprint for what leadership should look like in today’s world— bold, adaptable, and human. Jacob has a way of cutting through the noise, blending strategy with real talk on what it actually takes to lead with impact.
Appears that the interviewer tends to cut off guests and ask leading questions. I’d rather the host allow the guests to speak more completely.
I can’t speak for the show at large but listened for a “hot take” perspective on a topic I’m researching and was not impressed. His take on DEI is essentially that it shouldn’t be a business concern and workplaces shouldn’t offer employee perks.. his guest handled these simplifications well, but ultimately I won’t be returning to this podcast.
