So happy to have found this podcast.
I feel seen!
First, I love the fact that this podcast exists in the first place. However, there are several points for improvement. The quality of Audio varies each episode. The host also uses “like” as filler word and this has become too distracting. I wish the program also tries to distill the actual processes how their guests transitioned career.
