This show centers on golf performance through biomechanics, measuring data like force plates and TrackMan, and turning that science into practical coaching for serious players. Episodes blend coaching mentorship, mental resilience, and real-world travel/venue stories with actionable drills and gear discussions, all aimed at helping athletes optimize practice time and on-course decisions. A standout aspect is the consistent emphasis on measurable feedback, data-driven coaching, and the human side of coaching—mentors, legends, and personal journeys—which gives listeners a clear path from biomechanical insight to improved scoring and course management.
