  • Fraud Harmon

This guy is a total Fraud grifting off his dad’s career. Podcast is awful and he never shuts up. Classic insecure guy who knows how inept he is trying to prove himself. Napoleon syndrome. You should see what he charges for his golf lessons. Can’t coach and can’t make a good podcast.

  • Let the Guests Talk!!!!

Great guests and content but the host has to let the folks speak. I was really interested to hear Tommy Fleetwood’s thoughts but all I took away from the conversation was the thoughts of the host.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Nic Catterall
Q: What advice do you have for listeners who want to implement a practical warm-up routine before rounds?
Start with a low-barrier five-movement sequence that targets mobility, stability, and activation; keep it to five to ten minutes to ensure consistency and reduce the risk of injury, then gradually add more as habit forms.
Nic Catterall
Q: What does a typical tournament week look like for you and Cam Smith, and how has that planning changed with LIV and other events?
A typical week involves a structured schedule with practice, treatment, gym work, and media commitments; the team around Cam coordinates to optimize performance days while ensuring the athlete can focus on their craft, with increased granularity during majors and live events.
Nic Catterall
Q: You mentioned the difference between performance and high performance. How do you define high performance in your work with Cam Smith and other players?
High performance is about overseeing the entire performance journey—from where the athlete is to where they want to get to—encompassing physical health, strength and conditioning, sports science, rehabilitation, and supportive team dynamics to realize specific competitive goals.
Bob Philion
Q: How important is it for athletes to have their own specific style?
It's very important, as authenticity helps enhance the brand from a clothing and fashion standpoint.
Bob Philion
Q: Why did you decide to move on from your role at Puma?
Bob felt it was time to pass the ball and pursue new opportunities, including writing a book for his children.
