LKD *loves* Lee Trevino, and for good reason. The 1971 Champion Golfer of the Year is a soundbite machine. In this episode, LKD breaks down some tips from the six-time major champion on how to play Open Championship golf.

Match play is simple enough. Card a better score than your opponent on the hole, you win the hole. But what if you could only win the hole with a birdie or better? That's Birdie Sprint, and, as LKD explains, you'll see it a lot during pro-am rounds a... more

After listening the the 4 part series and attempting to find the website and app for training discussed it doesn’t exist? Would have been nice to get more information on how to find it since the episodes purposefully leave the actual how to fix your swing out
Love the Luke 10 min clips but the hour long equipment shows are so bad. You waste so much time talking about nothing-horses for my daughter, machines that kick soccer balls blah blah blah. It could be so good but the time wasting and the arrogance of “uncle gene” is nauseating. Please just get to the titleist t series iron comparison
This podcast with LKD is great and every episode teaches me something new. I also do not like having an hour long episode about equipment at all. Would be 5 stars without the equipment podcast mixed in.
Great podcast!
Shouldn’t ever hear anything about politics in a golf podcast. Hard pass.

This show focuses on making golfers smarter about the game, blending technique, strategy, equipment, and course management through conversations with touring pros, coaches, and industry insiders. Episodes frequently dissect putting, short game, decision making off the tee, and gear testing, often pairing data-driven analysis with practical drills listeners can apply on the course. A standout aspect is the breadth of guest expertise—from elite players and coaches to equipment fitters—giving listeners a well-rounded view of how top golfers approach performance, learning, and club fitting.
