    Jena is so gracious to show up every week giving us the un-discussed truths of healing in the postpartum stages. I am over a year postpartum and I still enjoy listening to this because there is so much to be learned on how to heal and strengthen your core after having a baby. Having a baby is a blessing, but if we don’t take care of our bodies it can make it so much harder to show up as the mom we want to be.   • Expert Advice Made Practical!

    Dr. Jena is so knowledgeable but also relatable and the teachings and wisdom she shares on her podcast are incredibly eye opening but also super practical and I feel like as a mom of 3 I can apply what she shares in my daily life. I’m all about taking care of myself & my health and working out postpartum is a whole different game and I’m thankful for podcast and support of Dr. Jena!

  • Afraid of making your Diastasis Recti or C-section worse

    Hey ladies this is an awesome episode for women who are afraid to exercise after the baby, but to be honest I think any woman can learn to strengthen her core and lose that pooch. Great advice. I’m big on exercise and taking care of itself.
